NEW TRAINING OFFERED "SELECT GROUP" on Fridays
Friday afternoon training (3:30-4:45) are now offered to those young athletes who show both ability, attitude, and motivation. Led by Coach Clay Lazaretto, these sessions will be more challenging with defined goals and improvement charting. There will be more strength and conditioning and of course, an emphasis on virtue and sportsmanship. This training is ideal for those competitive athletes who want to make gains in Obstacle Course Racing (Spartan Kids) or other sports.

ALL-COMERS RACE DAY Next Race Day is Sat. Mar. 29!
Introducing monthly Saturday competitions - where young athletes will challenge themselves and others and see how fast they can complete the obstacle course. Athletes will strive together in age groups (6-8 and 9-11) with podium finishers earning medals for 1st, 2nd , and 3rd. Monthly Race Days are on Saturdays from 10am-1pm. Register online.
